Excellent stuffing

This is a wonderful, tasty recipe that's a little different from the traditional stuffing. It did come out slightly dry so next time I make it I'll add a little more liquid. Also it didn't make as much stuffing as I'd thought - about enough to fill an 8x8" pan about 2/3 of the way.

First time I ever tried making stuffing - it was great!

So easy to do, and with ingredients I already had on hand. I only had half the cornbread and half an onion available, but I added an extra egg and more butter anyway (I like rich food). I baked the stuffing in the same cast iron skillet I used to caramelize the onion, and the stuffing formed a wonderful chewy crust along the edges.

This was one of the easiest and most delicious recipes I've tried. I used homemade cornbread instead of store bought, and it turned out perfectly moist.

I am not an avid cook, but a few months ago I just got married to the man of my drams, and he loves to eat. So since the moment I moved in with my honey, I had to learn how to cook great meals for him and I. He just loves my cooking and brags about it to his friends. I made this side dish for Our First Christmas together along with Turkey, Velvet mashed Potatoes and Gravy, courtesy of Tyler and it was a blast. I love him and thank goodness for Tyler, I enjoy cooking more and more and I am always thinking what is going to be my next dish. Thanks Tyler, this is Julie and I love your shows.

I made this for Christmas Dinner and it was by far the best thing on the table. I hate the crunch in most stuffing so I usually end up making Stove Top, but not anymore. I've found the perfect stuffing recipe right here.
