This recipe is easily one of my new favorite dishes. It was a little too spicy for my husband, but he thought it was tasty too despite the heat. The sauce was good over egg noodles too!

Awesome

Very tasty. I can understand why some would say it's too spicy, but it was just right for me and my husband. I added about 1/4 cup of jar tomato sauce to give it a little color. Really yummy!

This was such a great dish! I enjoyed the layered flavors and although this dish is spicy I didnt think it was over the top. I doubled the sauce because we always like extra. I will definitely make this a keeper.

I took a que from Robin herself, and used leftover pork roast for the recipe and simply added thick slices to the sauce to warm at the end of cooking time. Easy, quick and had a nice kick to it.

My husband loved it! My husband's not one that likes pieces of jalopeno and things like that so I just added a 1/4 cup of the jalepeno juice that the peppers came in. It gave it the flavor it needed and was great.

a little spicy........

I really did like this recipe, but I thought the 1/2 cup of jalapeno's was way to spicy. I like a lot of flavor, but not so much heat........I think next time I will dice the peppers, combine them with broth/honey and then strain them out of the broth/honey mixture before I pour it over the chops.

Great Taste

Can not go wrong with this one!! Pork can be a little boring as the flavor is getting bred out of the pork. This will tantilize your tast buds!!

These are so easy and quick. At first, I thought they sounded like an odd combination of flavors. But, they work so well together. This sauce would also be great with chicken.

Wow! What a nice surprise

I was also skeptical about the jalapeno sauce, but let me tell you, it is delicious. My husband and son loved it too. My co-workers wanted a taste and then the recipe. It is easy and quick to prepare. I had box stuffing for a side dish and voila, dinner is served. I think I will try it with chicken next time.

My husband and I were watching the show together and thought the recipe sounded good. I made it along with the potatoes. Wow! we like spice, but this was really hot. Next time I will cut down on the spice, especially on the potatoes. It was really good though, just a little too spicy. Thanks

This recipe is one of my favorites. I make it alot. It's extremely easy and extremely mouth-watering!!! The only thing annoying about the recipe is pounding the pork chops down to size, so be real careful when you buy your chops. I made the mistake of buying the thick cut ones before.......lets just say it took alot longer than it should have. But I have it down pat now. I would suggest that if your making for more than 2-3 people you should use two pans so everything stays hot and juicy!! Also, I would suggest that you let them simmer on low/warm for about 10 minutes after what the recipe says, it helps with the sweet jalapeno sauce. Just my tips that I noticed. Everybody likes different things. But I would definitely try it if I were you!!

juicy!

Just what I needed to cook very lean pork chops and for them to still be moist. The sauce is wonderful too.
