Excellent alternate to fried potatoes! I melted some left over cheddar cheese on top of it prior to serving and with or without the cheese, it's a huge hit! Thank you Robin!

these were so good tonight on such a chilly night (don't laugh...it's 60 degrees here in palm springs and i'm shivering!). Anyway, I used baby red potatoes that i cut in half. Nice little bite-sizes. Also, I used the wasabi sour cream described in the same show. Had no chili oil or chili powder and they were still good!
