...you'll love this recipe. I couldn't find fingerling potatoes, so I used small Ruby Red potatoes instead. I rosted them in a pan on the gas grill, and the blanket of salt on top became a crust in 1 hour. Whenever the oven was being used, I could make these on the grill and leave them alone - serving them when the rest of the dinner was ready. You gotta like salt - and I used more herbs than Tyler called for for extra flavor. Simple and yummy for all.

This recipe was easy to do, and the potatoes tasted delicious, but I needed to rinse them before eating. They were way too salty. I don't know if the crust didn't form properly or what, but the potatoes had too much salt on them.
