If you like salt.... 12/31/2006 at 05:29pm User: Anonymous User Rating: ...you'll love this recipe. I couldn't find fingerling potatoes, so I used small Ruby Red potatoes instead. I rosted them in a pan on the gas grill, and the blanket of salt on top became a crust in 1 hour. Whenever the oven was being used, I could make these on the grill and leave them alone - serving them when the rest of the dinner was ready. You gotta like salt - and I used more herbs than Tyler called for for extra flavor. Simple and yummy for all. Kids loved this one too! 12/16/2006 at 10:15pm User: Anonymous User Rating: Easy and very, very tasty. no crust 02/05/2007 at 12:12pm User: Anonymous User Rating: wayyy too salty, i couldnt make it crust. too salty 01/21/2007 at 08:52pm User: Anonymous User Rating: This recipe was easy to do, and the potatoes tasted delicious, but I needed to rinse them before eating. They were way too salty. I don't know if the crust didn't form properly or what, but the potatoes had too much salt on them. |
