Loved this new taste for mashed potatoes. I had a hard time to find the celery root, but it was worth the effort.
I'm not sure it's worth the cost

I really enjoyed the garlic celery root mashed spuds. Its a nice change of pace from plain mashed potatoes, but I'm not sure it is worth the cost of the celery root. At my grocer's celery root sold for $3.99 a piece.

this is real good and I usually dont like to mess with the good ol mashed tater recipe my nana made but I think even she would like it. I had to double the recipe for my family but it was worth it. Thanks again, Robin, youre a winner in my book.
