I made this for lunch today. Since I don't eat pork, I used instead a well known vegetarian "bacon." The result was wonderful and a recipe that I know that I will prepare many times again.

This is not going to win any prizes for presentation, but my is it tasty! It's so good. On the show she mentioned she would usually start with an onion in the skillet (though its not in the recipe) so I took her suggestion and its so, so good!

This is really good comfort food. Potatoes, cheese, bacon. This was easy to make with leftover cooked potatoes, and my family loved it. It's good to heat the potatoes in the microwave before adding them to the pan to speed up the cooking process. A real treat.

Great recipe, I made it for my family for Saturday night dinner. I read the reviews and made a few modifications/additions (diced onion, diced red pepper, used breakfast sausage instead of the bacon) but it was a big hit. I will definitely make this again.

We call these "2 AM Eggs" because the first time I made them it was 2 in the morning. Came to gether in a just a couple of minutes and family requests it all the time.

This is one of those dishes that you eat when you don't know what you want to eat. I cut up the potatoes a bit smaller than her. I also add some tobasco because i just can't have eggs without tobasco. :D very tasty dish. easy too!

I'm pretty sure the potatoes should go in until almost done, and then the frozen peas can go in at the last minute. If you procede with this recipe you will have crunchy potatoes and mushy peas!

What a perfect meal! Delicious, quick, ingredients always on hand, beautiful to look at and wonderful to smell. Who could ask for more?? Well, watching Nigella make it makes it even better; her relaxed, beautiful way of describing her cooking makes this all the better. Thank you, Nigella, for a meal that I love and my children love!
