My son and I had fun making this together (he's 11) and we really liked the flavor of this dessert. The syrup is super duper sweet though so don't make the mistake of adding any of the liquid to your bowl! I love desserts that are delish but also contain fruits so it doesn't feel quite as sinful!! Also, make sure you cook the peaches long enough otherwise the skins are hard to remove and extremely annoying if you decide not to remove them before serving.

This was fabulous. The flavors of the peaches and raspberries are a match made in heaven. My only complaint is that I can't find peaches year round!

This recipe is a must have for any home cook! Make sure you use cling peaches, and this will turn out amazingly! I htink it really is fool proof! Elegant, beautiful presentation, and insanely good! It tastes so fresh, and the combination of warm peaches with cool ice cream and the tart of berry is amazing! Make it! You will not regret it!

This really isn't too hard of recipe other than the preparation time. I have loved this dessert for years and really like this basic recipe for it. Two of my favorite fruits combined with ice cream...how can you go wrong.
