Pumpkin Bread Pie?

This Bread looked like pumpkin pie inside. It was really moist and not what I expected. I don't know what happened. I will not make it again.

This is a great recipe. I'm a pastry chef and i use it in the restaurant. people love it. however, for a successful result omit the milk!!!

Pumpkin is good stuff, and whenever anything is made with pumpkin is delicious as far as I'm concerned.
