I attend classes at a local college and have this for lunch almost once per week. It packs well and I LOVE IT!
Great and easy cucumber sauce!!!

I used this recipe just for the cucumber sauce to compliment some stuffed salmon I was making and it was soooo good. I added a tiny bit of dijon mustard for extra zing and it was perfect at our dinner party. I did not try the actual salmon recipe included with this but it sounds great too. Definately will try it next time. I will use this again.
