The chutney was good, but missing spice. It might have been better with a little ginger. I will have to experiment a bit.

I am not one to follow a recipe so I decided to do a slight twist on this recipe. Instead of serving this dish with ham, I grilled pork tenderloin medallions wrapped in bacon. For the actual chutney, my grocery store was out of cilantro so instead I added half a jalape?o for a little spice, more onion, less pineapple and more brown sugar. My husband found it to be delish and said I could definitely make it again. Thanks for the idea!

This dish went over really well with my family for Easter. I loved the chutney...although I used less cilantro and added a pinch of ground ginger. I highly recommend using a cast iron pan for the ham...it gives it a really nice brown/seared presentation!
