Not what I Expected... 12/22/2006 at 12:31am User: Carli from SAN FRANCISCO, CA User Rating: These looked really good when she made them on the show but when I made them the middle was hardly cooked at all but the edges were perfectly cooked. I think the recipe called for too many eggs personally and I didn't care too much for just the dark chocolate, it needed a little "something". The best brownies ever!! 12/17/2006 at 02:57pm User: Silje from Mesa, AZ User Rating: I used to watch Nigella back home in Norway and I love her shows and books. So great to see that there was one that had the same wiew about food and entertaining as me.I have to make a double one of the brownies when I make them, friends and family can't get enough. If you've been looking like crazy for a great recipe for brownies, you don't have to look any more. Bake them and enjoy!! gooey 12/17/2006 at 10:53am User: Anonymous User Rating: These are the best brownies I have ever made, and I have spent years testing brownie recipes to find the perfect gooey brownie. Incredible. Question 12/14/2006 at 11:04pm User: Anonymous User Rating: This sounds great! But dark chocolate? Unsweetened? Semi-sweet? There are just no words 12/13/2006 at 09:05pm User: SARAH NICOLE from Caguas, PR User Rating: Look, in all honestly these babies have yet to come out of the oven. All I know is that not only do they smell beyond awesome, the batter tasted DIVINE! My oven varies, so in the end the baking is all up to me. These should definitely come out great, I mean come on, the combination of bittersweet chocolate with the super sweet white specks couldn't be anymore genius! Now my worry is... should I really dust them with powdered sugar???? OH MY GOODNESS! 12/11/2006 at 09:45pm User: SHEILA from Orlando, FL User Rating: These brownies are so delicious! I was so impressed with them and so was my family. They are the ultimate indulgence and comfort. Snow-flecked brownies 12/08/2006 at 05:33pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I made these brownies twice around the holidays 2years ago. Trust me, they were easy to make and delicious. My son and I are true chocoholics and he is a very picky eater. I wouldn't have made them the 2nd time if it wasn't worth it. These are the best brownies I think I've ever made-- much better than boxed mixes. Nigella should market them. I'll be making them again this year. Can't wait! Best brownies on earth! 09/03/2007 at 08:00pm User: Anonymous User Rating: Wow. wow. wow. To my surprise, these brownies knocked my guests out--everyone declared they were the best brownies they've ever had. I used Nestle dark chocolate bars and baked the brownies for 26 minutes (Northern California) for PERFECT brownie consistency. Great taste but soggy middle 04/21/2007 at 10:22pm User: Anonymous User Rating: The flavor was amazing but the middle was completely uncooked. I don't know what went wrong. Like Fondant 02/11/2007 at 09:56am User: Suzanne from Austin, TX User Rating: This recipe produces brownies that are alarmingly ordinary looking when they come out of the oven and they transform themselves into something closer to a warm truffle when eaten. An absolute delight! My All Time Favorite Brownie 02/03/2008 at 06:10pm User: K from Pittsburgh, PA User Rating: Easy, so rich and satisfying. My go to recipe when I need a great dessert.
