no peanut flavor 07/08/2008 at 08:37pm User: Melissa from Maitland, FL User Rating: I didn't taste the peanut in the salad at all. I thought it was too much mayo not enough peanut and as another posting said the tomatoes made it runny. Dont think I'll make it again :( Approved 06/18/2008 at 08:40am User: Jennifer from Louisville, KY User Rating: My fiance doesn't like to eat salads. This is one salad that he actually approved of and loved! THE 2ND BEST COOK 06/13/2008 at 02:48am User: shaquanda from ST.PETERSBURG, FL User Rating: IT SOUNDS GREAT YOUR THE 2ND BEST COOK PAULA'S THE 1ST. Where is the Peanut? 05/05/2008 at 02:05pm User: Anonymous User Rating: The peanut sauce was more beefy than peanuty, making it very very salty. Pretty good overall, but not what I expected. Not so flavorful... 09/02/2007 at 12:39am User: Anonymous User Rating: I ended up replacing the beef broth for chicken broth but I don't think that made such a big difference. The sauce was way too watery and there wasn't enough of a peanuty taste so I added more peanut butter!! Also, the tsp of hot sauce was not enough to provide any taste. Good, but not a flavorful as I like 07/07/2007 at 06:45am User: Sarah from Litchfield, CT User Rating: Good, although a little bland. I did forget to add the peanuts which I think would have helped a lot. perfect for summer 07/06/2007 at 04:12pm User: Anonymous User Rating: very easy to make, nice peanut flavor. Not so crazy about it 06/30/2007 at 09:16am User: Anonymous User Rating: The salad mix was good, but my family didn't like the sauce. trial and error 03/14/2007 at 03:49pm User: CHRIS from POINT MUGU, CA User Rating: when i made this i really didnt get the full flavor of all the ingredients. maybe i added too much of one thing. i'm not sure. it was good overall, but it could be better after a couple more tries. yum!!! 01/21/2007 at 06:34pm User: laura from laurel, MD User Rating: this was a really good recipe, especially after it had chilled in the fridge for a few hours... instead of putting in a cup of diced tomatoes though, because i was worried about it getting watery, i used about 3/4 cup of dried cranberries.. the salty peanut and the sweet cranberries were wonderful together! yummmy! |
