I didn't taste the peanut in the salad at all. I thought it was too much mayo not enough peanut and as another posting said the tomatoes made it runny. Dont think I'll make it again :(

My fiance doesn't like to eat salads. This is one salad that he actually approved of and loved!

The peanut sauce was more beefy than peanuty, making it very very salty. Pretty good overall, but not what I expected.

Not so flavorful...

I ended up replacing the beef broth for chicken broth but I don't think that made such a big difference. The sauce was way too watery and there wasn't enough of a peanuty taste so I added more peanut butter!! Also, the tsp of hot sauce was not enough to provide any taste.

Good, but not a flavorful as I like

Good, although a little bland. I did forget to add the peanuts which I think would have helped a lot.

this was a really good recipe, especially after it had chilled in the fridge for a few hours... instead of putting in a cup of diced tomatoes though, because i was worried about it getting watery, i used about 3/4 cup of dried cranberries.. the salty peanut and the sweet cranberries were wonderful together! yummmy!
