These are so tasty and easy. They have so much flavor, you don't need to add condiments.

Ok so I added flavor to the recipe as well. I haven't liked turkey burgers in the past because they weren't flavorful. I combined most of the seasoning suggestions(italian seasoning, dried onions, garlic powder, sprinkle of paprika and some italian breadcrumbs). I did one burger with sharp cheddar cheese & the other with feta cheese. I liked mine the best.Hubby liked his and said for a turkey burger it wasn't bad. Picky daughter ate her's cut up & liked it. It's a keeper!!

Yummy!

I saw this recipe today and went straight to the grocery store after work. I used Italian seasoned Turkey Meat so the meat would have an interesting flavor to it; I also prepared mine on the grill for that charcol taste. I had to roast my own red peppers, I couldn't find them in the store. I sprinkled some Adobe seasoning, black pepper, garlic powder with parsely, sea salt and this great seasoning, Nature's Seasoning...it was great. Oh and I used fresh mozzarella. D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S!

I have made this recipe twice now and both times it got rave reviews. I added some garlic powder, onion salt and italian seasoning to the turkey meat, but besides that followed the recipe. I had some South Beach dieters over the other day and rather than serve it on a bun, served it with a tomato, red onion, basil, oil & red vinegar salsa. Was great!

Very tasty!

Perfect as is!

I was skeptical. The recipe requires little seasoning, and ground turkey can be a bit bland. I stuck to the recipe and was not at all dissapointed. The cheese and the peppers keep it flavorful and juicy. Even my five year old loved it.

Very flavorful!

Loved the recipe. Delicious, quick and easy. I added garlic powder since I always add it to my burgers and roasted veggies. It works great here.

This has become one of my favorite recipes!! It is so flavorful! I used 99% lean ground turkey, which can be dry...so to add moisture, mix a little minced onion with the turkey before you make the patties. It adds great flavor too!! I also minced a little sun-dried tomato to put inside the burger. You would never know this is so healthy!!!

Great Idea...Needs More Flavor

I loved this idea but I added a ton of Italian seasoning to spice it up a bit. With no seasoning it's a little too bland.

Good & simple

I loved how simple this recipe was, yet the roasted peppers and mozarella gave it a great flavor. I added seasoned salt and paprika to give it a little more flavor.

This was probably the best homemade burger I've ever had, not to mention healthier than a traditional beef burger. The only thing I changed up was adding some paprika to the ground turkey along with the salt and pepper. Juicy, flavorful, and absolutley perfect!

Yum!

This was really good. Definitely perked up the turkey burger! My husband wants me to try with onions and cheddar next time - in order to try other things. It was fun having all that melted mozzarella - like eating pizza!

add a little italian bread crumbs to the turkey for some extra flavor, otherwise a great meal that's a crowd pleaser without the fat of beef.

These burgers were delicious. I have had turkey burgers in the past and found them to be dry. Not the case with this recipe. I mixed in dehydrated minced garlic, ground red pepper and onion powder before forming the patties.

The cheese really helps this be a moist burger even though it's turkey. I used red pepper flakes and it was a nice zip. Next time I will mix some spicy creole or steak seasoning into the meat before making the patties just to give it a touch more flavor. A fantastic healthy substitute!!!
