As good as a restaurant 12/23/2007 at 09:43pm User: J from Scotch Plains, NY User Rating: This was full or flavor. I didn't have fennel so i omitted. I buttered linquine and spoooned the mussels over it and then garnished with the tomoato (i seasoned with salt and oregano for added taste) then I spooned the mussels over the top and passed around the sauce for dipping. phenominal! Definitely have bread for dipping (we made garlic bread) Love this ... 07/17/2007 at 02:16am User: Anonymous User Rating: This is a beautiful, flavorful, easy recipe...definately recommended!!! Expat in the Netherlands 07/15/2007 at 08:02am User: Anonymous User Rating: This is truly an awesome recipe. I followed the recipe as directed, as no alterations are needed. This is one of our favorite recipes for mussels and use it quite frequently. Since Mussels are cultivated here, they are fresh and available about 9months a year. We usually make them at least twice a month for a nice dinner. I try different recipes from time to time, but this recipe is on one of our regular rotations. I highly recommend this to everyone who enjoys mussel. EXCELLENT 05/21/2008 at 04:13pm User: DANIELLE from Fairfax, VA User Rating: I loved this easy dish.
