This is extremely easy to make. I added my own twist by substituting the 2tbsp of dark rum with 1/3c of Bailey's Caramel Irish Cream. It's a much more smooth taste.

so yummy but with changes

I actually make this with orange liquer (I love orange and chocolate together) and I make it more of a mousse by combining it with the whipped cream. It is one of my most requested recipes of friends and family.

Regular chocolate pudding from the package tastes better and is easier. This was so so and it had an odd after taste.

Yummy!

I love chocolate !!! It was very easy to make, and incedibly smooth, but almost too chocolately...still very good, but possibly serve in very small portions

A little goes a long way. I consider myself a chocoholic and still only ate a few bites of this. It is very good but also very rich.

Sinfully delicious

Incredibly easy and incredibly delicious. Use Guitard chocolate chips and people will think you've slaved over the stove.

Made this for Valentines weekend. It was amazing. So smooth and rich. My 3 year old and I made for our family and she had fun, everyone loved it. I substituted vanilla extract instead of hazlenut or rum. This would be very sensual for a couple for a perfect dessert. TRY IT !

FANTASTIC !

I made this recipe before Valentine's Day to see how it would turn out. It was fantastic. My kids loved it as well. You need to serve it in small glasses because it is very rich, yet delicious. It may not be so smart for the waistline, but it certainly is worth the few extra pounds.

Unbelievably easy

This is incredibly delicious, it tastes like a cross between chocolate mousse and a chocolate truffle. Very rich but light tasting and silky at the same time. It made 4 generous servings.

Do NOT use milk chocolate!

I tried using chopped up Dove milk chocolate bars and it did not set. It stayed a thick liquid. I thought that Dove might be too 'smooth' to set, so I tried Hershey's milk chocolate chips, and again, it did not set. It must be the MILK chocolate instead of the semi-sweet or dark. It did make mighty fine tasting cold chocolate soup though. (I also used Grand Marnier instead of Frangelico since I have nut allergies)

I made these last night for a quick delicious dessert and they blew my mind. So rich, so decadent and SO GOOD! My husband ate two of them and then passed out on the couch. I guess it is possible to overdose on chocolate. This one is a keeper.

Deliciously Divine

Racheal Ray has won my heart in the chocolate category. This recipe is so simple and the end result is a chocolatey heaven. You'll love this if you are a chocolate lover like I am.
