Would be a nice meaty side to a salad. Enjoyed the mixed flavors of rich, tangy & sweet.

This sandwich is great! Quick and delicious! Just be careful when slicing the mushrooms, as they are very delicate. You might want to buy an extra portobello or two in case you flub on one.
