The red wine butter has such a rich, complex flavor. Using port wine that is reduced, I thought it would be too sweet - but not at all! I love it. Next time actually, I will reduce the amount of butter so that the flavor of the red wine mixture will be more pronounced. I also used skit steak.. Because it's cheaper. :)
