YUM 05/29/2008 at 05:35pm User: Anonymous User Rating: The red wine butter has such a rich, complex flavor. Using port wine that is reduced, I thought it would be too sweet - but not at all! I love it. Next time actually, I will reduce the amount of butter so that the flavor of the red wine mixture will be more pronounced. I also used skit steak..
