I will not be making these again. The pork chops were dry and overdone although we followed the cooking directions and the sauce was not good.

I made extra sauce and had to cook this in the oven -- I cooked in a cast iron skillet on a high heat 450. I put sauce in the bottom of the pan and again on top and cooked for 35-40 minutes (I browned on stove top 1st for just a couple of minutes total). These were fork tender and loved by all - thanks!

Served over a plate of onion rings, one very memorable meal. The vinegar had a bit of bite considering all the mustard, will add a pinch or two of brown sugar next time.
