Extremely easy and good 06/28/2008 at 01:40am User: Zahra from Fresno, CA User Rating: This was my first quiche ever and it was extremeley easy and came out perfect! But it took longer about 40 min but its worth the waiting time! Needed adjustment, but outcome was fantastic 06/05/2008 at 04:01pm User: Anna from Glen Oaks, NY User Rating: Thanks everyone for their reviews. Reading through them helped me be prepared for double the cook time and I actually needed 45 minutes. I bought the frozen pie crust already in the pan so I didn't need to roll it out. For the filling, I made 150% of the cheese filling and poured it in the crust. Some people noted it not being quiche like and after I had put in the spinach in the crust, I realized the veggies would dominate and I would lose that lovely eggy filling. So I just made more of the cheese filling recipe, mixed it with the vegetables (including the spinach) and that was it. 45 minutes later, a beautiful quiche. Awesome 03/31/2008 at 05:30pm User: Summer from bushwood, MD User Rating: awesome for a vegitarian dinner good and hearty 01/14/2008 at 08:50am User: Anonymous User Rating: tasty and fast.good for any time, can use any kind of vegetables or cheeses. great veggie quiche 08/03/2007 at 07:29pm User: denny from bothell, WA User Rating: outstanding flavors in a quick to make quiche. I didn't transfer crust to tart pan so it took an additional 15 minutes to bake. Good and easy 07/01/2007 at 08:05pm User: Tamara from Tucson, AZ User Rating: I don't normally like quiche but I love this one and the chunky veggies. A light, filling and well rounded dish. 06/27/2007 at 10:24am User: CHRISTIANNE from Nashville, TN User Rating: Great use for leftover veggies. I put my filling in muffin cups to freeze for easy morning breakfasts. Tasty Dish! 06/03/2007 at 11:46am User: Dina from Roseville, CA User Rating: Wow -- So easy and tastes wonderful -- I used a few different veggies -- MMM Easy & Delicious 05/16/2007 at 10:13am User: Bonnie from Fort Worth, TX User Rating: This recipe is extremely easy to make and tastes wonderful. Simple and flavorful 04/09/2007 at 04:44pm User: Kathleen from Kokomo, IN User Rating: This was a very simple and very flavorful quiche. It was a hit at our Easter dinner. Quiche/ Ricotta 03/31/2007 at 06:50pm User: Anonymous User Rating: Delicious, my son ate most of it, and he doesn't like anything. Wonderful! 03/17/2007 at 07:41am User: Anna from Endicott, NY User Rating: Very easy to make. This is a great appetizer, or meal with a salad. I loved it! Great healthy dinner 03/16/2007 at 07:03pm User: Rochelle from West Chester, PA User Rating: My whole family loved it. I agree that it's not very quichey, but the flavor was great. And my kids loved it even though it was packed full of veggies. It did take closer to 40 minutes to bake, but it was easy to make and could easily be made ahead of time. Keep the quick healthy meals coming. High hopes - dashed 03/09/2007 at 10:50am User: Anonymous User Rating: I had high hopes for this recipe but they were dashed. It takes closer to 40 minutes to cook and it isn't 'quichey' or 'custardy'. I ended up with veggies on a pie crust with a layer of cheesy crust over top. My husband wouldn't touch it and I'll probably throw the remainder away. It's a Winner! 03/05/2007 at 06:44pm User: Anonymous User Rating: Makes a lovely presentation for company for lunch or dinner. Easy to prepare veggie and cheese mixtures in advance, then put together at the last minute. It does take a lot longer than 20 minutes to bake -- closer to 40. Yummy. Very Tasty 03/05/2007 at 06:04pm User: MARY from Cincinnati, OH User Rating: This vegetable pie was very good. The ricotta gives it a nice flavor and texture. Takes longer than 20 minutes to bake, though. |
