The salsa was so good! It could be used for many different things. The steak was a little tough for my taste, but that could be due to the cook :0)

These tacos were so good, my whole family loved them. I used a jalepeno pepper in the salso tho, and it had just the right spice. Yum! Will make again for sure!

The whole dinner was delicious, but the roasted tomato salsa was so good that I will try to come up with hundreds of other uses! I had to use a sirloin steak which was, of course, too tough, so I marinated it briefly and sliced very thin. If you make nothing else, make this salsa!

Absolutely fantastic! The steak was tender and full of flavor, and the salsa was unbelievable. We like it hot, so I threw in 1/2 habanero. I cannot wait to make this again, and will definately make for my next cook out! Thanks!

I have been watching Bobby Flay for awhile and this is the first thing I saw him make that didn't have a bunch of extra exotic ingredients that I didn't have. Anyway -- wonderfully simple and flavorful!! My husband thought these were the best steak tacos he ever had -- me too!!!
