I made this the other night and wow, what a great pizza. I made a little more sauce than called for because I like my pizza really saucey. Also I had never heard of scallions and buffalo wings so I took stalks of celery and cut length wise then sliced really thin and sprinkled on top. It was great.

I tried this recipe out on my sister and myself! It's fabulous! A great bar alternative. For those of you who like wings and beer or pizza and beer, this is a great recipe to try out with friends. Only things I'd suggest: 1, If you aren't a blue cheese lover, try feta! It's just as great. 2, Make at least two pizzas if you're entertaining. One of these fed both my sister and me.

The recipe is a great alternative to the traditional pizza. Just the right amount of kick. I used a can of pre-cooked shredded chicken to speed the process up a bit. My husband is a pizza and Buffalo wing freak - this is a great combo of his two favorite dishes. We will be making this one again and again.

I made a few changes to her recipe such as, I used ground chicken because that is what I had on hand. I also used one of her previous ideas where you drizzle EVOO on a baking sheet and bake 10 min. Then I cooked the chicken and started the sauce and combined them and added to the baked dough. Then I added the cheeses and scallions. Came out great-everyone LOVED it and it was soo easy. Will make again very soon!

This pizza was AWESOME! Definitely a new favorite. I'm not a fan of bleu cheese, so I substituted feta cheese crumbles instead. I also served it with light ranch dressing for dipping the crusts. It was delicious! My fiance and I had to restrain ourselves from eating the whole thing! Very easy to make, too!

I had never even tried chicken wings, as they are so greasy. This looked so good that I tried it on my homemade whole wheat pizza crust. Delicioso! Wonderful for everyday and for company as an appetizer or main dish.

I didn't use the grill pan. Instead I sauteed the seasoned chicken breasts in the 2 T of butter over med heat. Used the sauce ingedients to deglaze the pan. Saves a pan and you get all that carmelized goodness in the sauce. I didn't have scallions on hand, so I subbed some chopped celery leaves for them.

I used Pillsbury Pizza Dough for the crust, which turned out a little thick, but was nice and crispy. The chicken didn't really have a "buffalo" taste, I think the tomato sauce was overpowering, but it still tasted good nonetheless. Next time I will use a bit more hot sauce and less tomato sauce. This was definitely easy to make and I will probably give it another try again.

My fiance was a lil skeptical at first but he really liked it too. The kick from the hotsauce was just right, as Rachael would say it was Yummo! I liked the idea of the green onions on top as well, you don't see that to much on pizza. I will def make this pizza again, we ate the whole thing up in one night!

This receipe is super easy and a huge hit with my family. I have even substituted the tomato sauce with Ketchup (when I didn't have sauce on hand). It was very good. Another thing that I have done is instead of cutting up green onions and placing them on top, I have sauteed a yellow onion, placed it on the crust then put the chicken on top! My husband loved this pizza so much that he has asked me to make it for his parents. You know that is a huge compliment! :) Thanks Rachel for another fantastic and easy receipe!

I loved this recipe! We had some friends over one evening and I was a little unsure of how the meal would turn out, but it was very easy to follow and incredibly tasty. Plus, the ingredients are average ones that you would have in your kitchen anyways, which is a total bonus when you don't have to carry a large grocery list to the store for one simple meal. The only problems that I ran into was that the chicken was a little hard to cut after grilling and the scallions didn't slice into thin pieces as easily as they did on tv. Luckily dicing the the scallions tasted just as good. So if you are in the mood for some quick, easy, and spicy food, then this is your meal!

The sauce was the bomb in a good way. The only thing I did was saute' sliced onions and green peppers and I made my own pizza dough, oh my gosh. Rach, you have a winner here, I love it. I prebaked just like she did on the show and the crust was perfectly crispy.

I always make a new recipe exactly as it reads the first time. With this one I found it very mild, almost to tomatoey (and I love tomatoes). Now I use lots of Red Hot and a drop or two of Mike's Insanity Sauce. Keep the milk handy!

After reading all of the other reviews,I had to try this recipe. It was so good! Better than from a pizza shop and really easy to make. I am not a fan of weird pizza flavors, but when my husband and his friend saw this they wanted to make it. The way she suggests to mix the sauce all together and coat the chicken in it make the chicken to moist. the flavor is dead on but not too vinnegary. We added Franks Red Hot Sauce untill it tasted right, and then a tablespoon of cayanne pepper for an added kick. We did omit the bleu cheese, but had BC dressing for dipping. I am a convert and enjoy making and eating this pizza with my husband.

I made this exactly as the recipe states except left off the scallions. My son, who is an avid chicken wing pizza lover, really enjoyed this pizza. The meat I had leftover (I had doubled the amounts) heated it up and put it in his salad the next day. First time I made a Rachael Ray recipe. Will be looking to try more.

My husband loved this pizza. I used fontina cheese instead of monterey jack and didn't have any scallions but it really didn't matter. I used two tablespoons of hot sauce and will try a third next time. I don't normally like my food really spicy hot but I think three tablespoons would be perfect.

This is a great recipe! The whole family liked it! I've made it a couple of times already. I replaced the blue cheese with feta cheese; 1 cup of tomato sauce instead of a 1/2 cup; and 3 tablespoons of hot sauce so there was plenty of sauce and heat for our taste. I used a Mexican, 4 cheese blend also. I like the frozen pizza dough from our local specialty food market. It makes a 12-inch pizza with a nice, thick crust. It was awesome!

Forget ordering pizza - this is the BEST! I agree with "Read Directions" below to bake the crust for 5 minutes as Rachael did on her show. I'm not a bleu cheese fan, but I think this made the pizza - I used more of the jack cheese than called for, so I think it mellowed out the bleu a little. Also, I grilled some extra chicken to use for buffalo chicken salad. This recipe is a keeper - thanks, Rachael!

Another WONDERFUL recipe from Rachael Ray! To save time, I bought a Boboli original pizza crust, 2 - 6 oz. bags of Tyson Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, feta cheese instead of blue cheese (they didn't have good looking blue cheese in the store) and just used a regular yellow onion instead of the green onions and this pizza was out-of-this-world delicious! I used 6 oz. of tomato sauce instead of 4 oz. because I like extra sauce on mine. Next time, I will use 6 oz. of tomato sauce, 3 T. butter and 3 T. hot sauce for the sauce mix. Definitely worth making. It is a keeper in my house! Thanks, Rachael!

I wasn't paying attention and added a little too much of the liquid ingredients which made it a bit mushy! Rachel did cook the crust first on TV when she made this dish, I suggest doing the same. This was easy and full of flavor. I will absolutely make this a regular in our house!

There truly are no words to describe how good this dish is! The only thing I did differently than the directions was added extra hot sauce. I wanted it to be a bit spicier, so I added two extra table spoons of hot sauce than what the recipe required.

Great recipe and the best thing is you can easily tweak it to your tastes. Instead of your standard hot sauce I used Tiger Sauce (best sauce out there - you should be able to find it in your local super market). A little sweeter but still a nice kick.

This would be so good? My husband claimed he had tried this version of pizza out before and it was "terrible" so he was not excited to try this. Boy, was he glad I did. I followed other suggestions and doubled the sauce. Added a bit more cheese. Great wing flavor without the bones! Indulge in this!

I used a Pillsbury crust in a tube and it worked out well; the only thing I would change would be to make more chicken and a bit more sauce. My sauce stopped too far short of the edge. Tasty and easy. I'd definitely make this one again

My husband is a huge wings fan, so I had to test this one. It was DELICIOUS! I was afraid there wouldn't be enough sauce, but it worked out nicely and had a really great flavor. I used 2 cups of salsa flavored cheese and left out the blue cheese. The onions gave it a nice mild flavor. Great recipe!

This was excellent. My husband found the blue cheese overpowering but I would have liked more on it. Next time I will use more hot sauce and pepper jack cheese.

Everyone loved it. I made half blue cheese and half not. I think the bc makes it, but my teen preferred it without. I used 3 T of Franks Red Hot Buffalo Wing and it wasn't quite hot enough for us. I think I'd add some tabasco next time. Very juicy, so make a big lip on your crust.

I used a lot more hot sauce on the pizza than asked and it turned out delicious. I also put buffalo sauce on the pizza dough before I poured on the chicken and tomato sauce mixture. I put about 2 tablespoons of fresh, chopped basil and put it over the pizza, along with 2 cloves of chopped garlic. Amazing and simple!!!!

Everyone loved this...even my teen-son who is THE most pickiest person on the planet. I doubled the sauce and left off the blue cheese since not everyone in the house likes the strong flavor. Drizzled mine with blue cheese dressing. This is a definite keeper.

i think this is my favorite recipe from the food network...a good friday night meal with a few beers. the only thing i would change is the amount of hot sauce. being from louisiana where we like things HOT, i'd add an extra tablesoon or so of hotsauce. bon appetit!

I LOVE this recipe. We make it every so often but love it when we do. It is great as written(without the blue cheese as my husband won't eat it, but I add blue cheese dressing on my plate), and also great it you want to add veggies or anything else. I even cheat and use Boboli thin crust. THIS IS A MUST HAVE!

The sauce for this pizza is great! This is a great pizza that I can't wait to make at our next party. I recommend the 3 tbls of hot sauce for a nice kick. I think we're going to stick to Boboli crust instead of making our own.

I had to tweak the recipe based on what I had in my house. I used a homemade pizza dough that I added some black pepper and cajun seasoning to reflect the future toping. The chicken & sauce were the same. I don't like blue cheese so I exchanged some smoked gouda and cheddar. It was amazing!!! This is going into my recipe book TODAY!!!!!

This is a wonderful pizza idea and super tasty. I added a extra hot sauce to my chicken. We all love chicken wings and pizza, so we were bound to love this combo! Like others here, I, too, have grown weary of people bashing the FN hosts in the food reviews, especially when the basher has never even tried the recipe. The only chicken I ever wash before using is a whole chicken. FYI, Rachael always uses separate cutting boards and utensils for raw poultry - and she washes her hands if she touches it. Sounds like perfect raw poultry etiquette to me.

I made this pizza and it was my own twist. I used a Boboli crust and it worked great. I am not a big onion fan so I left that out. I didnt use blue cheese either, just some moneterey jack. I also can't take too much heat, so I poured ranch dressing down before the meat went on the pizza and it was just the right ingredient!!

I just wanted to chime in here with all the other great reviews. It really is that good and super easy to make. I lightened it up a little with reduced fat cheese and a whole wheat crust and served it with some raw veggies and blue cheese dip on the side.
