I can't count the times I've made this since it aired. It's great with grilled burgers and leftovers make a great take to work lunch. It stays crunchy for days. I've found that letting the corn defrost and drain keeps the yummy dressing from getting runny.

Sooooo good

This recipe has become a favorite of ours. I disagree with what some reviews have said about the need to love celery in order to love the salad. I thought the same when looking at it, but after eating it, I really loved it. This is great days later as well.

Very good

I saw this recipe on TV and made it the next day with ingredients on hand, except I used two teaspoons of dried thyme since I didn't have any fresh. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed this salad; the dressing is wonderful on it, and it has lots of great flavors. I'll probably make it again in the future.

Tasty, but....

This recipe had a really tasty dressing, I really enjoyed it, however I felt like there was just a little too much celery. You have to really love celery for this salad. Overall though it was good...just not something I could eat for days in a row.

Finally, a dish that tastes great but isn't bad for you. This salad tastes great. It stays fresh and crunchy even days later. The only thing I didn't care for was the fresh thyme. I thought it was a bit overpowering for the ingredients in this salad. I will leave it out next time. I also think I'll try it with kidney beans. That sounds good, too.

Family loves it. We have used it as a salad and as a vegetarian sandwich on pita bread. Husband suggests adding spiral macaroni and making it more like a pasta salad. We are going to try that next.

Very quick; crowd pleaser

Great texture - loved the dressing. The fresh thyme compliments that little bit of lemon juice perfectly. Definitely a great recipe for the summer picnic season! Makes a great side dish for grilled fare.

Healthy and soo good.

My veggie eating teenage daughters loved it, as did I. Lot of crunch, very refreshing. Love the dressing. Make sure you use a good dijon for lots of flavor in the dressing. Could easily improvise with different vegies.

Healthy and tastes good...imagine that!

What a refreshing salad. All of the ingredients blend together so well. I didn't have red wine vinegar on hand so I substituted balsamic vinegar instead. My family loved it. It's a great alternative to a green salad or potato salad. Thanks Rachael

I used sweet frozen corn and canned vidalia onions instead of raw onions. I also did not use thyme. Very Good. Good as a cool side dish!

This recipe looked so delicious when Rachel made it, and it tastes just as good! I didn't have all the veggies, just the corn and celery and I added romaine lettuce and it was delish! I'm sure it will be better with all the other veggies. My husband loved it and even asked me where I got the recipe!

I have not made this salad yet, but have every intention of doing so. It looks delicious. The first thought that came to me watching the episode that featured this and the wing pizza was to make the chicken cutlets up and the salad and serve them together in a tortilla, chicken taco style. I'll let you know how that goes.

Tasty and easy

I will make this recipe again for social events I attend needing a dish. This does not need to be refrigerated and would hold up well for a picnic. Good variety of vegetables and not as labor intensive as some salad recipes.

surprised!

I enjoyed this salad. It was a nice switch from the usual lettuce and tomatoes. The dressing is not overpowering, and the chickpeas add a nice texture to all the crunchy vegetables.
