This were so creamy and good tasting that I changed my holiday gift giving plans from colorful cookies to these great treats. My family and friends will love receiving these. Even though it says expert, please don't be afraid, they are easy and great tasting.

These pralines were wonderful! They didn't even make it through one day. Now I have to make another batch for my gifting trays.

These are wonderful! Even though the recipe says expert, I was able to make them with no problems using a candy thermometer. They actually didn't take very long to reach 238-240 degrees either. They taste just like the ones my dad makes at Christmas!

Even though the level was expert, as long as you can use a candy thermometer, these are easy and the real thing. I didn't give 5*s because I'm looking for less sweet, but it is candy, duh. I used a silpat and it was perfect with no added grease.
