Fun to eat spiders

I really like this recipe. The spiders turned out brilliantly. I used chinese noodles for the legs and layered milk and dark cocolate on the bodies.

I think some are missing the point - this is about Halloween cookies, not Biology class! They are fun and tasty. Perfect for the season.

Fun to make but wouldn't do them again. Licorice legs go straight out - difficult to curve them to look like real legs. Ended up having to add red hots as eyes to make them look like a spider.

Some one doesn't know the difference between an insect and an arachnid. It's a good concept. But the caramel sauce is unhealthy with the unnecessary corn syrup. Ina Garten has the most simple and delicious home made caramel sauce ever. Licorice is not a complimentary flavor for this dish.
