This was really good. I used rum in place of the orange liqueur because I'm not a big fan of chocolate and orange together. it was really good!

Made this for a birthday so topped it with strawberries and candles. Guests thought it moist, unusual and they loved the strong orange/chocolate taste. Super easy to make. Mine was completely done by 35 min. so I would check after 25. I personally didn't try it because I'm on Atkins.

What a wonderful and rich cake. I added a cocoa almond glaze between the cake and whipped cream that acted as the perfect accent. It quickly disappeared.

Very chocolatey

When Nigella was making this cake, I thought, "Oh my god, this looks sinful." So I made the cake to go with our Sunday family dinner of corned beef and cabbage. Easy to make but oh my, how chocolately!!!! Made with bittersweet chocolate, it was too much for all of us and we are serious chocolate eaters. Think I'll try more sugar next time or semi-sweet chocolate. We make chocolate mousse quite a bit and that's made with bittersweet chocolate but this was way to chocolate for any of us. Looks pretty for presentation, but the taste is very strong.
