Sweet-tart like grapefruit; intoxicating like love at first sight. ;) It's also easy to modify for a crowd. Make a large batch of the gin mix, add a shot to a champagne glass, sqeeze a lemon wedge into it, and top with the rose sparkling wine. Easy and everyone will fall in love with this drink.

This drink is slightly tart, yet has a sweet aftertaste. It is very refreshing and perfect with fruit.
