This is an EASY salad. The flavors are great together. I added asparagus with the broccolini and enjoyed it.

I enjoyed this as I love balsalmic vingegar. I did not add all the lemon juice as I am not too big of a fan of that.

I used broccoli for this recipe and it worked great (store was out of broccolini). I let broccoli sit overnight in vinaigrette and the broccoli was crisp but had the lovely bite of the balsamic vinegar. Even some folks who don't like broccoli commented that they liked it like this.

This was great. I love balsalmic vinegar. I made this along with the mushroom lasagna, and shrimp bisque, ending with carrot cake. All the aforementioned recipes were from Barefoot Contessa.

This was a really easy side to make and something different from the usual broccoli. Broccolini is a bit more expensive, but it really soaks up the vinaigrette. Very flavorful.

Of more than a dozen reviews I find it incredible that only one other person thought the sauce too salty. We didn't even use all the salt it called for. I put salt on virtually everything but both my partner and I found it almost inedible.
