great steak rub

I can't rave about the rub enough (I didn't try the sauce). It was really tastey and super easy.

Great rub. I did use this on my steaks cooked over a charcoal smoker. The brown sugar taste really popped out. Next time I cut back on the sugar and up'ed the cayenne.

The Grella Rub gives the steak a burst of flavor. Besides the great flavor the rub adds to the meat you can use the rub right away and not have to let your steaks marinade for a long time.
