Not something I'll try again. Not different enough from a hamburger with the cheese on top to warrant the extra preparation. Maybe I did something wrong but the cheese seemed to melt to the lower spot inside the burger and fall out when you cut it.

This burger was pretty easy to make. Instead of plain cheddar cheese I used a chipotle cheddar which added an extra kick. I also sprinkled some of the cheese on top when the burger was finished cooking.

I tried it, but instead of using a pan, I grilled it. Obviously, it took a very long time! I made 4. The first 3 were really good, the 4th one needed way more time. Usually, I can eat 2 or 3 burgers at a cookout, but this was the only one I could eat. I really liked them. They weren't AMAZING, but they were cool and filling.
