Very Tasty, but also very Greasy

The taste of this meatloaf is unbelievable. I left out the soft boiled eggs just because I knew my family would not go for that. The only negative was how greasy this was. When I took it out of the oven, there was a pool of grease surrounding it. Next time, I might not use pork and just use ground beef, and really pat the greasy bacon dry.

This is hands down the best meatloaf you will ever eat--the hard boiled eggs are an interesting twist but not essential to the final recipe. Very moist, flavorful...this will blow people away. Wish I could give it six stars.

What a great twist on regular old meat loaf. The Chili sauce was excellent on this. Definitely a man pleaser, My husband loved it! It was a tad greasy as someone else stated, but i just poured some of it off, no big deal. This is very good!!
