It was very tasty. I ended up using Amberjack because is was $7.00 less per pound. The Amberjack held up well to the cooking time and heat. I'll do it again.

This was so good! The only thing I would change is to maybe add extra carrots & celery (about 1/2 cup more of each) to make it more of a one-pot meal. I used Tilapia instead of Halibut so I didn't cook it as long in the first step since it wasn't as thick. It wasn't "golden brown" when I took it out, but it did not hinder the dish at all. The only thing I am disappointed about is that I don't have enough left over to make the Halibut "Lobster Rolls" that were highlighted on the same episode. I will DEFINITELY make it again.
