In Rio Vista, Ca...no Portuguese bean recipe would ever have linquica or chorizo in it...no matter the color of the bean.

These beans are so delicious. My husband who "is not a bean person" has had a complete change of heart. He said that these are the best beans he's ever had. I made them with the Portuguese rice and Portuguese garlic roast and what a hit! What a combo!
