Although it took me longer to prepare and cook, it was worth it. I've always wanted to make it and it came out GREAT. Instead of crab, I used two lobster tails cut in 3's each. and added 1/2 lb Sea Scallops, and dozen clams. I cooked the clams with the mussells I just added a little more water to cook. Instead of bread I cooked some Risotto Milanese with Saffron. This came in a bag and it was easy to cook. Boil cover and simmer for 15 minutes. I've never written a rating the recipe was easy. I didn't have to worry about fish broth... Thank You from me and my husband.
