Simple and good 12/08/2007 at 09:04pm User: Jacqueline from bixby, OK User Rating: These chips had great flavor and were a perfect accompaniment to Racheal Ray's black bean stoup. But make sure and watch them while baking. I cooked mine for the designated amount of time and they were a bit overdone. Wow 11/03/2007 at 11:42pm User: Linda from Manchester, NH User Rating: These chips are easy, spicy and great to use for a variety of dips!! Unusual and yummy! 10/06/2007 at 02:35pm User: Janet from Ventura, CA User Rating: My daughter served these with Hummus before her Greek themed luncheon. All the guests devoured these fragrant chips. We had to tell ourselves to save room for what was to come. YUMMY! 08/26/2007 at 10:38am User: Anonymous User Rating: These are so savory! They're great with hummus. I made this yesturday along with Taboula and it was excellent! You could also have these pita chips with hummus or any other dip.. SO SO SO GOOD! 08/04/2007 at 11:28am User: stacy from Miami, FL User Rating: I love the pita chips by STACY - but these taste even better and are SO SO easy to make! I couldn't believe it. I prepared exactly as recipe advised, but doubled the batch. These chips are crunchy, savory, healthy and amazingly good! I made the Edamame Hummus - it was suprisingly equally divine and together they are out of this world! Finally, I have a yummy chip and dip and can stay in shape and not feel guilty about eating it! A great replacement to chips and dip, chips and salsa. SO satisfying! Another lifetime keeper! Yum 07/29/2007 at 01:33am User: Elise from west sacramento, CA User Rating: Lots of flavor for only a few calories. I made it with the edamme hummus and its great. Delicious and Easy 07/28/2007 at 02:37pm User: Judy from Cromwell, CT User Rating: I saw Ellie preparing the pita chips on her show today. I did not have the ground coriander but otherwise made the recipe as is. Very easy and delicious served with store-bought hummus that I had on hand. Be careful! 03/18/2008 at 03:13pm User: Randi from Dobson, NC User Rating: All I can say is "WOW!!" I made these for the first time about 3 weeks ago to go with my version of Taco Soup(which is very healthy). I have since used 2 packages of Pitas(6/pack) and I am opening another pack tonight! They are absolutely wonderful and addictive...I keep trying to think of stuff to make just to go with the chips! I absolutely love them! Fabulous Chips! 03/07/2008 at 12:11pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I made these for a gathering last weekend and they are wonderful!
