These were fabulous! I didn't have the fresh herbs so I used dried and they were still great. My kids even complimented me on them - the one that hates "veggies" loved them. This is the 2nd Bobby Flay veggie recipe I have used and is the 2nd fabulous one.

My hubby decided after watching this episode that the food looked and sounded good. I tried the sweet potato recipe not sure if I would like it, as i don't like yams, to my amazement the potatoes were full of flavor and were absolutely wonderful. I would recommend this to be added to someone's Thanksgiving meal as I can't stress enough how good it is.
