My #1 SUGGESTION is to ADD ONE WHISKED EGG to the salmon cake mixture - helps to bind it perfectly before refrigerating! The dressing makes you do the pucker face. Change honey to 2 teaspoons. Used 1 C panko ILO of 2 C bread crumbs. Put some dry dill in the salmon. Added more, low fat, mayo as well as more mustard.
