Wow!!!! Never tried persimmons? Nor had I. A friend gave me a batch from his tree. I whipped them up tonight according to this recipe and they were a smash! Serve with a spoonful of vanilla ice cream! All my guests asked for seconds! And so original! Nobody else will be serving this!
