I made this salad and dressing with some grilled chicken breast.WOW! The flavor combo with the parmesan crisp was fantastic. My husband and son kept saying how much they liked it. The parm crips only took 2 minutes in my oven. Glad I kept checking on it like the recipe says to do because the 3 -4 minutes would have burned them. And the dressing is great. I love garlic and the roasted garlic made the dressing a winner. This is a keeper. Thanks Sandra for another great semi-homemade recipe.

I've used it as a marinade also, and it works great to impart garlic flavor on almost anything! Great salad.

I like this better than a traditional Caesar, and I love Caesar salad! The parmesan crisps I will be making for other things too now, like toppers for soup and just a snack in themselves. They are good good good!

I loved this salad. The dressing is great and the parm crisps are such a nice touch and so good! Will be making this again.

The parmesan crisps were tasty but the salad was awful. The dressing was horrible and there was way too much of it. You really don't need a cup of dressing.

I tried this over the weekend but the dressing was heavy - not at all like real Caesar dressing which I make all the time. Thought I'd give hers a try - will not make again.
