Ok, i'm 21 years old busy working and going to school and i love to entertain. This receipe was easy and everyone really enjoys it...i frequently get asked for the receipe or get asked to make it again. The fish sauce adds this distinct flavor that brings out the taste in the salad. I couldn't find arugula after going to 3 stores so i just used the mixed organic greens and it tasted fine with that. It's a great salad to pack for lunch or eat after a good work out...

I was skeptical about this dish as I was making it because the marinade seemed a little too acid for me but in the end it all came together. Great dish, really elegant. One of my all time favs!

My family designated me for one of the dishes to be served and I suggested calamari. Well, to everyone's surprise that this was not going to be another fried dish, it was simply brilliant. Extremely easy to clean a squid (my cousin and I did it in no time!) the flavors are very intesnse, fresh, and light. Great for the summer, the heat in the dish really added to the depth of the flavors as well with a overall warmth in your mouth. Great with a Sav Blanc!
