This sandwich was a HUGE hit with my family! I tried it out July 4th weekend and it was the favorite meal of the weekend. I prepared it inside and threw it on the grill! Trying to feed a large group of people is always a challenge and this recipe was a hit.

excellent,but it may be impruved by brushing the cuban bread with a garlic butter and adding a touch of mustard

They actually put dijon mustard on the sandwiches too! I have a friend who travels there often. We make this all the time and it's wonderful!!!
