I needed to make a salad that didn't take a lot of time, yet had great flavor and didn't look like another boring salad. Emeril is fabulous, so I trusted his recipe for the cobb salad and I recieved so many compliments on the flavor and also my presentation of the salad! Thank you so much! ninoshka north carolina

Out of all the Cobb Salad recipes I've tried, This one is by FAR the BEST! I made it for my brother(the ultimate picky eater) and even he loved it
