This is the easiest recipe for sweet potatoes I have ever done, and very tasty, too! My family loved them (even my kids that don't usually eat sweet potatoes). It was such a hit, I'm making it again for our office holiday potluck next week :-)

First made this recipe about 4yrs ago for Thanksgiving. Everyone absolutely loved it and it has become a staple dish at Thanksgiving ever since. Very easy; you've got to try it, you won't be disappointed, promise!!!!

This recipe was beyond amazing. My boyfriend and I absolutely loved the sweet potatoes. Besides the brandy and raisins, we heated up some butter and brown sugar together which added an extra delicious level of flavor.
