The last part of this recipe is a cut and paste from another similar recipe. Someone was too lazy to proofread. Forget about the snowpeas and butter. Otherwise, the sauce is very tasty.

The end result of this recipe is quite good, but it is very poorly written. The list of ingredients is incomplete (snow peas?), and the instructions could be clearer.
