I found this recipe to be very good and easy to make. Definately a great alternative to a regular burger. I might even give it a try with lamb.

Both my husband and I really enjoyed this. The kofte cook up fast since they're small, but they pack a lot of flavor. I was a little worried about the flavor of the raita, but it really complemented the rest of the dish and was delicious! I like that this had some new and different flavors, but didn't have any expensive or hard-to-find ingredients.

I made this recipe last week. It was really easy and very tasty. We liked the way the spices enhanced the flavor of the dish without overpowering the taste of the main ingredients. We will definitely be eating this again soon!
