Strong oyster sauce flavor

The oyster sauce flavor was too strong, and the rice noodles were too soft. Perhaps if I adjusted the amount of oyster sauce (1 tablespoon max) and the amount of time the rice noodles cooked, it would be better, but I don't have a desire to try this recipe again.
