This was very easy to make and quick. However, I wouldnt dare make it without adding some type of seasoning. I added poultry seasoning to mine, it included sage and lots of other spices. Tasted really good, even better on second day. I may bake it a few minutes next time so the texture isn't so mushy though.




I only gave this one star.....

Recipe easy and terrific, & with a bit of fresh ground pepper - even better. I SO appreciate Sandra giving the maker's name w/the ingredients. It makes things so much easier to find i the market!

I made this to go with baked halibut and it was quick and very flavorful. I was going to make rice pilaf but got inspired for some good old cornbread stuffing while watching you show. Thank you, Sandra!
