The sauce was a little too sweet for our taste so I adjusted it the next time around, but just wonderful!

A simple delicious dinner, if you have never had gnocchi, do yourself and your family a favor and try them with this dish! This is one of our favorite recipes, thanks, NIgella!

My husband and I really enjoyed this recipe. I did reduce the cream before adding it to the cider. I will be making this again and again.

This recipe was absolutely scrupltious. I did not have hard cider, so I used Calvados instead. It was wonderful. Be sure to make plenty of sauce. It's a must with the gnocchi!

Made this 3 times. Great marriage of flavors. Try to get the fresh gnocci out of the refrigerator case if available in the supermarket, and make sure to give them a minute of turning in the pan with the sauce before plating. An easy, cost and time efficient dish to feed a group of people too.

Quick, Easy, and so Tasty!

I could not believe how quick and easy this actually was. The sauce really made the dish, and I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't too mustardy or too creamy tasting... just mild yet flavorful. I served this with a boxed risotto and peas with pearl onions, and it made a great meal. Someone else said they wouldn't make it in a non-stick pan, but that's what I used and it came out fine.

Yumm!

This was great!! I did, however, make some changes due to what I had on hand. I used white wine rather than cider, and I reduced the cream to two Tablespoons. Other than that, I think this is really tasty and nice enough to serve guests!

Great recipe for two people!

My boyfriend LOVES pork chops so I am always trying to find different ways to make them a little more interesting. Like one of the other reviewers, I used Woodchuck Hard Cider and the recipe turned out GREAT. Really-he loved it. For sides, I heated up some baby peas, and made some risotto out of a box. They whole meal took less than 15 minutes/20 bucks to make (the cider was the most expensive thing). Nigella is my favorite Food Network host.

Excellent

The best pork chops I have ever had. The sauce was flavorful, not to heavy, but just enough of the hard cider and the grain mustard to add great flavor to what I consider to be a very bland meat. I definitely give this recipe the highest rating because it is so quick and easy and tastes great.

This recipe was super easy and super good. I could not find the Hard Cider anywhere so I substituted apple cider. I would suggest not cooking the chops in a coated non-stick pan.

Really good!

I saw Nigella make this on the Today show and tried to make it from memory tonight. I didnt do a good job forgetting the hard cider and the garlic. Despite that, my picky sons and husband loved them. I cant wait to make them actually having the recipe in front of me!

I tried this recipe for Mustard pork chops - it was every bit as easy as described. The sauce is something like a honey-mustard, sweet and tangy, and went really well with the gnocchi. Definitely lived up to expectations!
