The taste of the meal was good..I liked the change from the regular starches I usually cook by using the Polenta. However, the recipe says that it makes 4 servings!? The men in my family were not thrilled when I presented them 4oz of meat for dinner.

This meal was great and easy to make. I grilled the steak and polenta on my George Foreman grill. I didn't have merlot on hand so just used what I had and used presliced button mushrooms instead of the dried. It was fabulous and I'll make it again.

the flank steak was absoultly delicious with the mushroom sauce..never had it that way ... I will do it this way from now on
