I'm making this meum tonight - the potatoes and shrimp. Since there is a lot of spicy going on, I'm grilling the steak plain. I did not have tomatoes so I used roasted red peppers.The sauce is great. It is spicy so instead of using 2 t. of chipotle add a little at a time and add to taste.

I made this, but I got a little carried away with the chipotle peppers. I added sour cream to cool it down. It was YUMMY! We dipped steak fries in it and ate with grilled burgers.

Made this as a potato salad and it was amazing. Cut the potatoes in wedges and grilled them, then tossed with the aioli along with cilantro,diced red and yellow peppers for crunch and green onion. Wow! What a hit.

These are great. The aioli works great without the chipotle too if you want to take the heat out of it.

This was the best sauce for my backyard barbeque. I made extra sauce and put it in a bowl next to the potatoes just in case some of my guests didn't like it. The bowl of sauce was gone before all the potatoes were. People were standing next to the table dipping everything I served into the sauce. It's that good.

Baked potatoes roasted on the grill were outstanding with the sauce. A very nice dish for a small to medium size gatherig. Easy and fast to create.
