I really don't like porterhouse steak but the beef up butter was the best and for the potatoes my guys say do it again, and again please

This receipt is very easy and impressed all my guests. They can be made up early in the day, refrigerated, and warmed in the oven. Add the cheese topping just before serving. It is great. Emerill has done it again!!
